Ingredients for BREAD CHAMCHAM Recipe

  • 10 Pieces Bread slice
  • 250 Gms Mawa
  • 100 Gms Grated coconut
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • A Pinch Food color - orange color
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Tbsp Raisins

Directions: Bread Chamcham Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat sugar and two cup of water in a pan to make a syrup.
  • STEP 2.Add sugar powder and cardamom powder in the mawa and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now stuffing is ready
  • STEP 4.Cut the bread into round shape with the help of cookie cutter.
  • STEP 5.Keep the sugar syrup into two bowls.
  • STEP 6.One is white and second one is orange color.
  • STEP 7.Dip the two pieces of bread in the sugar syrup and stuff the filling
  • STEP 8.Coat them with grated coconut
  • STEP 9.Press in the middle and garnish with raisins
  • STEP 10.Serve chilled.
