Ingredients for AAM PANNA Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Raw mango chopped
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 1 Cups water
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed ice

Directions: Aam Panna Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pressure cook the mango with one cup of water.
  • STEP 2.Once cooled, remove the skin and seed of the mango,mash the pulp of the mango.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar,salt,black salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add two glass of water and strain it.
  • STEP 5.Add crushed ice,garnish with raw mango chunks
  • STEP 6.Serve chilled
