  • 1/2 Cups Wate melon
  • 1/2 Tsps Black salt
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup Crushed ice
  • A Bunch Mint

Directions: Watermelon Sharbat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Remove the seed of the watermelon / tarbooj.
  • STEP 2.Put watermelon pulp and black salt in the blender and blend it.
  • STEP 3.Take a glass, add crushed ice and pour the watermelon juice.
  • STEP 4.Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with mint / pudina leaves .
  • STEP 6.Serve chilled.
