Ingredients For Paneer Egg Curry in Makhni Gravy Recipe
200 gms Paneer
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
to taste Salt
1 Pieces Bayleaf
1 Inch Cinemon stick
6 Pieces Cashewnuts
5 Pieces Garlic cloves
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
50 gms Curd
2 tbsp Cream
1 Pieces Onion
4 Pieces Tomato
1 Tsp Coriander leaves
as required Oil
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Honey
Directions : Paneer Egg Curry in Makhni Gravy Recipe
STEP 1.Grate Paneer .Mix cornflour salt .Add 2tsp.of water and knead like a dough.
STEP 2.Now take 1/4part and add pinch turmeric powder .Mix it well and make a balls.
STEP 3.In another white part mix it properly and make oval shape ball.
Place it yellow ball in a white part ball..Cover it properly and coat with dry corn flour.And fry on a mid.flame.
Allow it to cool.
STEP 4.For Curry:-Heat oil butter in a pan add cumin seeds bay leaf cinemon stick
STEP 5.Onion slice tomato cubes cashewnuts
STEP 6.Ginger garlic cloves.Salt sugar red chilli powder Garam masala Saute .Now add 1glass water and mix it well.Cover and cook on a mid.flame for 10min. Turn off flame allow it to cool.
STEP 7.Take in a mixie jar and churn.Make a smooth paste.
STEP 8.Transfer in a pan .Add curd cream and kasuri methi .Turn on flame and cook for 5min.Add 1/2cup of water .Mix it well.Lastly add honey and mix properly
STEP 9.And give a dum with charcoal for1min.Sprinkle chopped Coriander
STEP 10.Tasty restaurant type Makhni gravy is ready .
Serve in a serving plate Arrange eggs and garnish with coriander leaves and cream .
