STEP 1.Blanch spinach leaves in 2 cups of boiling water. Drain,refresh in cold water and squeeze out excess water. Take this spinach & boiled peas in a grinder & make a coarse paste of it . Don't use water in it . Take it out in a mixing bowl & add paneer , oats powder , bread crumbs & all spice as mentioned. Mix everything well. Divide this mixture into equal parts . Put some grated processed cheese in the center and shape it like a tikki . Put a cashew on it . Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry kababs till they turn to golden brown . Remove it from oil & keep on absorbent paper. Serve it with green chutney .
