Ingredients for Hakka Noodles Recipe

  • 1/4 Packet pkt hakka noodles
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 Pieces Carrot sliced
  • 0.13 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.06 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.06 tsp Red chilli sauce
  • 0.06 tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 0.13 tsp Vinegar
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
  • as required Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Hakka Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.First in a large vessel take water, salt & oil. When water starts boiling add noodles to it. After boiling rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process. Keep ready all veggies. In a wok heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste & all veggies to it. Stir fry till it become partially cook. Now add all sauces, pepper powder, salt, vinegar & noodles to it. Toss it gently on high flame. Garnish with spring onion. Hot yummy hakka noodles are ready to serve.
