Ingredients for Spinach Cheese Balls Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 0.06 cup Fresh bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.06 tsp Kitchen king masala
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces cubes processed Cheese
  • 1/4 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 g reen Chilli
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil

Directions: Spinach Cheese Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash spinach well and keep aside. Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add ginger, green chilli and onion. Saute for 2 min. Now add spinach to it and again saute for 2 min. Let it cool for 5 min. After cooling blend it without water to make a paste. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Now add fresh bread crumbs and cornflour to it and mix well. Add all spices and make a soft dough. We can add more cornflour if needed. Keep this dough in refrigerator for 10 min. Now make balls out of it. Take a ball in your palm and flat it. Now place cheese in the center and close the ball. Now heat oil in a pan and fry these balls. Yummy and cheesy balls are ready to serve.
