Directions : Nigerian Stew Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Blend onions,tomato,ginger,garlic and peppers into a paste and in a cooking pot add blend paste and cook it for 10 minutes and keep it aside.

step 4

STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it. Add in chopped onions mix it and add bay leaf and thyme.

step 6

STEP 1.4. Cook it for about 3 minutes and now add the boiled paste and cook it for about 10-15 minutes.

STEP 1.6. After 10-15 mins add curry powder,black pepper,paprika and white pepper

STEP 2.7. Add seasoning cubes and salt

STEP 3.8. Then add stock followed by turkey wings,cover and cook it for 5 mins
