  • 2 Nos scotch bonnets
  • 1 Nos onion
  • 1 Nos bowl onion
  • 3 Nos tomatoes
  • 4 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoon locust beans

  • 1/2 cup palm oil

How to Make Ata Dindin (nigerian Pepper Sauce) Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Grind bell peppers, onion, scotch bonnets, ginger, garlic cloves and make a paste. Add palm oil in a pot. Add chopped onions and saute it for 7-8 minutes. Then add ground paste and cook it for 10 minutes with the lid on. Add salt, bouillon powder, crayfish, red chilli flakes, thyme and locust beans.

STEP 01

Mix all the ingredients well. Add beef stock, meat and stir well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add eggs and cook it at a low flame for another 2 minutes. Serve with white rice, boiled yam and boiled potatoes.
