How to Make Nigerian Ayamase/ofada Stew Recipe

step 1


Blend green bell peppers,onions and habanero pepper along with some water to make a paste and add bell peppers paste in a cooking pot and heat it until its dried up.

In another pot add some palm oil and heat it at low medium heat with lid on and once it becomes smokey uncover it and let it cool down a bit.

Now add locust beans,chopped onions and blend paste and cook it until the oil separates with occasional stirring and add in crayfish, beef, tripe, stock and salt as per taste.


7. Now add boiled eggs,cover it and cook for 30 mins and then turn off the flame
