Directions : Nigerian Asaro Recipe

step 1

STEP 1.Peel off the yam and cut it into pieces and in a cooking pot add water and boil yam for 15 mins

STEP 1.Add in starter sauce.onions,crayfish,stock cube,salt and let it cook for 15 minutes at low flame

step 5

STEP 1.Add in the crab meat, mash the yam with a masher and allow it to cook at low flame for 15 minutes and serve.
