Machher Kofta/Bengali Style Fish Kofta Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

All time loved dish of bengali people, machher kofta with big, fried chunks of potatoes in yoghurt gravy. It can be enjoyed in dinner parties, any special occasion or even for festive days. Here in bahrain i hardly get any river fish like rohu, katla, telapia or the famous hilsa. We have to satisfy ourselves with some local sea fishes. This recipe goes best with rohu or tilapia, i have used hummour fish fillates. Currently staying in bahrain.
