• 1 cup dried yellow peas, soaked overnight
• 200 gram mutton mince, washed and drained
• 1 potato, cubed
• 2 dry red chilies
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds + 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
• 2 tablespoon mustard oil
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 stick Cinnamon
• 2 green cardamoms
• 4 Cloves
• 1 onions, chopped
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• As required Salt
• 1 tablespoon roasted coriander cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Ghee
• 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
• lime wedges, chopped onion and green chilies to serve
