  • 0.63 En Chilies, Slit
  • 0.13 teaspoon Nigella Seeds

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton pieces with mustard paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated mutton. Cook until the mutton is browned and the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add water, cover the pan, and let the mutton cook on low heat until tender.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat mustard oil and add mustard seeds, green chilies, and nigella seeds. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked mutton to the pan and mix well with the mustard sauce.
