  • 1/4 cup dried yellow peas, soaked overnight
  • 50 gram mutton mince, washed and drained
  • 1/4 potato, cubed
  • 1/2 dry red chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds + 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 1/2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2-3/4 green cardamoms
  • 1-1.25 Cloves
  • 1/4-1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon roasted coriander cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1/4 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • As required lime wedges, chopped onion and green chilies to serve
