I just thought to give our normal dhokla a healthy twist by adding few greens to it like green peas, spinach, fenugreek and coriander leaves so that we can feed our kids with a healthier option....
Ingredients For Green dhokla (hara bhara dhokla) Recipe

1 cup fenugreek leaves
0.5 cup green peas
2 Green chillies
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon Sugar
As required Salt
1 tablespoon fruit salt
water to make a smooth paste
For Garnishing
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
2 tablespoon Peanuts
2 Green chillies
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
