Directions : Gongura Pickle Recipe

STEP 1.Dry roast coriander seeds and cumin seeds,set aside

STEP 2.Heat oil in the pan, add dry red chilies,set aside

STEP 3.Fry the gongura and set aside

STEP 4.Grind fried dry red chilies,add salt

STEP 5.Add garlic cloves and fried coriander and cumin seeds in the paste to grind

STEP 6.Add the fried gongura and soaked tamarind along with water in the paste to grind together

STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan

STEP 8.Add dried red chilies and popu,let them pop

STEP 9.Add garlic cloves and heeng

STEP 10.Add curry leaves and the prepared paste

STEP 11.Add salt to taste and mix well to fry

STEP 12.Serve as pickle
