STEP 1.Cut gobhi into small florets, boil for 2-3 minutes in water strain the water
STEP 2.Take bowl add maida, cornflour salt red chilli powder and black pepper powder add water and mix well consistency should not be too thick nor too watery
STEP 3.Add pieces of gobhi mix well keep it for 10 minutes
STEP 4.Take oil fry till golden brown
STEP 5.Take another wok add oil grated garlic, grated ginger and chopped onion let it saute, add capsicum and let it cook for few minutes
STEP 6.Add red chilli powder, black pepper tomato sauce, soy sauce and Little water
STEP 7.Add corn flour slurry and cok for 2 minutes add fried gobhi and mix well sprinkle spring onion
STEP 8.Gobhi Manchurian ready to serve
