STEP 1.Soak the beans overnight. Season the meat with salt and pepper and set aside.
STEP 1.Cook the beans in water with salt and oil. Keep aside
STEP 2.Cook meat with water and chorizo. Remove from water and cut in small pieces. Remove and place in cold water.
STEP 3.Peel and wash onion and garlic and chop it. Wash the tomatoes and cut them. Heat a pan and remaining oil with onion and garlic and let it saute.
STEP 4.Add the cooked meat and beans with broth. Then add cabbage and chorizo and remove from heat and serve.
