How to Make Feijão Tropeiro Recipe
1 heat a pan and stir fry bacon and cook it until it starts releasing juice.
2 cook minced garlic in the juices released by bacon and add beans to it.
3 cover and cook it for a while.
4 fry the eggs, scramble them and mix it with the cooked beans.
5 heat some oil in a pan and fry plantains until they turn light golden brown.
6 in the same way fry bacon and add it to the cooked beans mixture.
7 cook chopped onions and collard greens in the same pan and season with some salt.
8 mix everything in a pan and add cassava flour to it.
9 - give it a nice stir and tour feijao is ready to be served.
