  • 800 gram Red Kidney beans
  • 1/5 No.s turkey smoked sausage
  • 0.30 cup chopped Bacon
  • 0.60 cup Collard Greens
  • 0.60 No.s Plantains
  • 0.60 No.s Egg
  • 1/5 cup Cassava flour
  • 0.80-1 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat a pan and stir fry bacon and cook it until it starts releasing juice.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 cook minced garlic in the juices released by bacon and add beans to it.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 cover and cook it for a while.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 fry the eggs, scramble them and mix it with the cooked beans.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 heat some oil in a pan and fry plantains until they turn light golden brown.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 in the same way fry bacon and add it to the cooked beans mixture.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 cook chopped onions and collard greens in the same pan and season with some salt.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 mix everything in a pan and add cassava flour to it.

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 - give it a nice stir and tour feijao is ready to be served.
