STEP 1.Cut paneer in a cubes. Coat with1tbsp. Cornflour.Add1-2tsp. Water and red chilli garlic chutney mix well. Heat oil and fry -2min.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped chilli garlic ginger add chilli garlic ginger paste and saute on fast flame. Add chopped coriander stems.
STEP 3.Now add onion shells dice capsicum and bell peppers. Saute and toss on high flame.
STEP 4.Take 1/2cup water in a pan. Dilute corn flour vinegar soya sauce red chilli sauce and ketchup. Mix properly. And add in a vegetable mixture. Add salt and fried paneer. Add crushed pepper powder and red chilli powder. Stir well. Lastly add chopped spring onion and green garlic. Mix it well. Paner chilli is ready. Turn off flame.
STEP 5.Tasty Dry Paneer Chilli is ready to serve. Seeve hot. Garnish with spring onion and gren garlic.
