Kebabs made by grinding bengal dal and combining them with gram flour.Aromatic spices and veggie- lentil combo give these seekh kebabs a wonderful mix of flavors!! Simple and exotic appetizer recipe!
STEP 2.2 grind half of the coarsely dal by using a blender.
STEP 3.3 make a fine paste by grinding the rest of the dal in a mixer.
STEP 4.4 to this add salt, ginger, caraway seeds, green chillies, onion, crushed red chillies and coriander leaves and mix it well.
STEP 5.5 add gram flour to this mixture and mix it again.
STEP 6.1 heat some oil in and dampen your fingers with some water.
STEP 7.2 give the kebabs a shape and fry them in hot oil.
STEP 8.3 fry the labs on medium flame till they are half done and then take them out.
STEP 9.4 absorb the extra oil using a tissue paper and fry them again.
