  • 1/5 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 En Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/5 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/20 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/20 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/5 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Soak chana dal for 2-3 hours and drain the water.

  • STEP 4.Shape the mixture into small patties and shallow fry them until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
