Directions : Costillas En Salsa Verde Recipe

STEP 1.On a baking plate add tomatillos, onion,serrano chilies and garlic cloves

STEP 2.Add 2tbsp olive oil and mix. Place under the boil for 8 minutes or until everything is roasted.

STEP 3.Add in a blender and blend

STEP 4.Season one side of the ribs with salt

STEP 5.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, add the ribs and season one side at a time add salsa verde and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 6.Add the chicken bouillon, Cover the skillet and cook for 20 minutes
