How to Make Costillas En Salsa Verde Recipe

STEP 01

On a baking plate add tomatillos, onion,serrano chilies and garlic cloves

STEP 02

Add 2tbsp olive oil and mix. Place under the boil for 8 minutes or until everything is roasted.

Add in a blender and blend

Season one side of the ribs with salt

STEP 05

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, add the ribs and season one side at a time add salsa verde and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken bouillon, Cover the skillet and cook for 20 minutes
