Ingredients for Costillas En Salsa Verde Recipe

  • 10 tomatillos
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1/2 slab of pork ribs sliced individually
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup Water
  • As required Salt as needed

Directions: Costillas En Salsa Verde Recipe

  • STEP 1.On a baking plate add tomatillos, onion,serrano chilies and garlic cloves
  • STEP 2.Add 2tbsp olive oil and mix. Place under the boil for 8 minutes or until everything is roasted.
  • STEP 3.Add in a blender and blend
  • STEP 4.Season one side of the ribs with salt
  • STEP 5.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet, add the ribs and season one side at a time add salsa verde and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add the chicken bouillon, Cover the skillet and cook for 20 minutes
