STEP 1.1) Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Remove skin and mash them.
STEP 2.2) Add salt, red chili powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, crushed green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.
STEP 3.3) In a mixing bowl take besan. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain and kasoori methi. Add water gradually and prepare lumpfree semithick batter.
STEP 4.4)Take two bread slices. Apply prepared Stuffing on one slice and green chutney on other slice. Close together.
STEP 5.5) prepare all slices like this and cut into four parts.
STEP 6.6) Now add soda bicarbonate into batter and mix well. Dip each slices in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
STEP 7.7) yummy bread pakoda is ready to serve. Serve hot with green chutney, red garlic chutney or tomato sauce.
