It is Karnataka dish. So traditional, healthy, tasty. All time favorite recipe. Its having full of spices, veggies. It is the combination of wadias and papads. #IGR
STEP 1.First clean d rice & toordal & add 4 cups water, add turmeric, coriander leaves, carrot & potato pieces boil it in pressure cooker in 4 whistles in high flame. Then, switch off d flame. After, take d boiler, add cauliflower pieces, turmeric & salt, water keep it in a stove, boil it in 15 mins in high flame. Then, switch off d flame. Strain d water.
STEP 2.After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add red chillies, coriander seeds, jeera, cinnamon, cloves, Marathi mogga, dagad phool & hing, dry roast it. Then, switch off d flame. Let's cool it. After grind it becomes fine powder. Keep aside.
STEP 3.After, take d boiled rice, veggies, mix it well, add turmeric, salt, masala powder, tamarind juice mix it well. Keep it in stove in medium flame, cook 5 mins. Finally tempering it with oil, mustard seeds. Serve it with ghee, wadias & papads. So tastyππ. Enjoy β₯οΈβ₯οΈ.
