STEP 1.Wash properly separately thick rice, urad dal and moong dal till you get clear water. Remove in stainer and sun dry everything very well. Once everything is dried, roast separately rice, chana dal, urad dal and moong dal till it turns little golden brown on medium to low flame. Make sure it doesn't burn. Also roast thin poha, jeera, dhania and meethi seeds. After roasting, add sabudana, mix everything well and let it cool completely.
STEP 2. When cool, grind everything to the fine flour. Bhajni is ready. This bhajni can be stored for 5 to 6 months in an airtight container in dry place or refrigerator.
STEP 3. For Chakli, take required quantity of prepared bhajni flour. Add spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sesame seeds, curd, sugar according to the taste. Add hot oil and knead the dough with hot water. Grease chakli maker with oil. Put the dough and make chakli on plastic sheet. Deep fry chakli on medium to low flame till it turns golden brown from both sides.
STEP 4.Allow it to cool completely and keep it in airtight container and Enjoy !!
