Ingredients for Refreshing Mixed Sprouts Fresh Peanut Chaat !! Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Sprouts
  • 0.13 Cup Boiled Fresh Peanuts
  • 1/2 Pieces medium sized Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium sized tomato finely chopped
  • 0.13 Cup finely chopped cucumber
  • To Taste Salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
  • To Taste Black Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • As Required Chopped Fresh Green Coriander Leaves

Directions: Refreshing Mixed Sprouts Fresh Peanut Chaat !! Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take mixed sprouts (I have taken green moong & moth beans sprouts), fresh boiled peanuts, chopped onion, tomato and cucumber in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add salt, chaat masala, black salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder and chopped fresh green coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Refrigerate till use.
  • STEP 3.Garnish with chopped fresh green coriander leaves and serve chilled.
