Aloo Finger Chaat is a unique, innovative and creative street food from Nagpur which is also called as Aloo Fingers or Nadda Kabab, made from crispy crunchy Fryums filled with Chatpata Potato Stuffing served with curd and chutney. This is very quick, easy and perfect snack dish.

Ingredients for Aloo Finger (Fryums) Chaat !! Recipe

  • As Required For stuffing
  • 2 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Pieces Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 g Big Sized Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Green coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.38 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • As Required other ingredients
  • 6 g 12 to 15 Fried or Roasted Fing
  • as required Barik sev
  • As Required For serving
  • As Required Curd
  • as required reen Chutney and Tamarind Dates Chutney to be served with chaat as required

Directions: Aloo Finger (fryums) Chaat !! Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and smash the potatoes and finely chop onions, tomatoes and green coriander leaves and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl take mashed potatoes. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green coriander leaves. Also add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix all well. Stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 3.Now take one finger and gently fill the prepared stuffing in it. Make sure you don't break it. Roll both the sides of the stuffed finger in sev and keep in a plate. Similarly stuff all the fingers and roll in sev and keep in plate. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.Place curd, green chutney and tamarind dates chutney on one side of the plate. Serve immediately.
  • STEP 5.Enjoyy !!
