A traditional bengali sweet made of curd cheese It is a popular Bengali sweet. While the method of making rasgulla remains the same, there are two distinct types of rasgulla. One is the spongy rasgulla and the other one is a non-spongy rasgulla.
STEP 1.Heat the milk and add lemon juice, make it curd
STEP 2.Drain the water using the cotton cloth, squeeze every drop of water from it.
STEP 3.Knit the curd cheese with 2 tbsp flour well
STEP 4.Make balls of that curd cheese
STEP 5.Heat a pan,add 3 cup of sugar and 1 cup water
STEP 6.Prepare a sugar syrup
STEP 7.Add the balls in the syrup and keep cooking in high flame for 3mins
STEP 8.Serve as a dessert
