Zunka Bhakri is traditionally made with chickpeas or besan paste which is further cooked with onions, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin and mustard seeds.
STEP 4.Add hing and garlic. Mix well and fry for about 30-40 seconds.
STEP 5.Add onion and fry it well.
STEP 6.Add red chili powder and mix well.
STEP 7.Add besan and mix well.
STEP 8.Fry besan for about 2-3 minutes to remove the rawness of it.
STEP 9.Add hot water, salt and mix well quickly.
STEP 10.Cover and seam on low to low to medium heat for about 7-8
STEP 11.Minutes.
STEP 12.Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves.
STEP 13.Mix well and zunka is already.
STEP 14.Zunka goes well with bhakri, poli, fulka or rice too.
