Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add besan and cook on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water gradually and keep stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakri or roti.
