  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add besan and cook on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water gradually while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 7.Cook the mixture until it thickens and the besan is cooked through.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with bhakri or roti.
