STEP 1.👉Boil water in a pan. Add cooking oil, salt and noodles and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 2.👉Drain water and run noodles under running water ro avoid further cooking and sticking.
STEP 3.👉Wash peel and chop all vegetables. Measure mayonnaise and keep ready.
STEP 4.👉Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and saute for 1 minute. Add carrots and place the lid and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
STEP 5.👉Add capsicums, green chilli and tomato and saute for 2 minutes. Add noodles, salt, red chilli powder and Maggi magic masala and soya sauce and stir thoroughly.
STEP 6.👉Now add soya sauce and mix well. Switch off the flame
STEP 7.👉Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
