• 0.25 cup Nutritional Yeast
• 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Or Canola Oil
• 2 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 4 Cloves garlic, minced or crushed
• 1 teaspoon Minced Fresh Thyme
• 1 teaspoon Minced fresh chives
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• Lots of freshly ground black pepper
• 14 ounce Can artichokes, drained and chopped
• 10 ounce Frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and excess water squeezed out
• 0.75 cup Minced sun dried tomatoes
• Drizzle of olive oil, fresh herbs, and extra minced sun dried tomatoes to serve
