STEP 1.Firstly mix and wash dal and rice well and soak for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 2.Further heat ghee into a pressure cooker and sputter cumin seeds
STEP 3..Now saute chopped onion until it's golden brown.
STEP 4.Further add chopped tomato Cook until mashy. Now add all dry spices. And cook until ghee becomes separate.
STEP 5.Now add all veggies and green peas also mix it well.
STEP 6.Add on water and dal, rice. Cover the pressure cooker with lid. And cook on medium flame until 2 whistle comes out.Turn off the flame and let the pressure cooker release gas on its own.Open the lid and checkif the rice and daal have turned soft. Serv with kadhi or papad
