Ingredients for Gulabjamun Recipe

  • 1/10 packet gulab jamun powder
  • 0.03 cup Lukewarm milk
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 1/10 g Pinch ghee to make gulab jamun shape
  • 1/5 cups water
  • 1/5 cups Sugar
  • 0.40 Pieces Ilaichi
  • As Required almond for garnishing

Directions: Gulabjamun Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take gulab jamun powder. Mix it with Lukewarm milk. Make soft dough.
  • STEP 2.Keep it for 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup.
  • STEP 3.Heat 2 cups of water. Add sugar into it. Boil until sugar gets dissolve.
  • STEP 4.Add Elaichi into it. Turn off the stove
  • STEP 5.Make laddu by using dough
  • STEP 6.Take a pan, keep it on the stove. Pour oil for frying
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in high flame. Once the oil heats, keep in low flame. Fry gulab jamun in it until they become golden brown.
  • STEP 8.Take it into a plate. Put it in the sugar syrup. Keep a side for 30 minutes
