• 500 gram Pearl onion: Keep 5 to 6 whole onion for garnishing
• 1 teaspoon Cummin Seeds
• 1 sprig curry leaves
• 1 cup Grated Coconut
• 1 tablespoon coriander Powder
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon Kashmiri chilly powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric Powder
• 1 Tamarind: gooseberry size soaked in warm water
• As required Salt
• 2 tablespoon coconut oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Methi roasted and powdered
• Jaggery: optional
