Strawberry coconut laddu as the name suggests is basically a coconut laddu flavoured with strawberry crush.Instead of strawberry crush you can add fresh fruit strawberry by adding more sugar.This is a very simple and easy recipe.Everyone can make this laddu at home.

Ingredients for Strawberry coconut laddu Recipe

  • 0.33 g Fresh greated coconut
  • 0.83 tbsps Sugar
  • 0.08 cup Condenced milk
  • 0.08 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsps strawberry crush
  • 0.83 drop Red colour
  • 0.17 g Desi Ghee
  • 0.17 cup Descicated coconut
  • 0.33 tsp Pistachio powder
  • 0.17 tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Strawberry Coconut Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat desi ghee in a kadai,add fresh greated coconut and roast it for 30-40 seconds.
  • STEP 2.Add milk,sugar,condenced milk and stir it well.
  • STEP 3.Cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Add strawberry crush ,red colour and stir it.
  • STEP 5.Cook for one minute.
  • STEP 6.Add pistachio powder,cardamom powder.mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Now off the flame and keep it asside to cool for 5 mins.
  • STEP 8.Grease your hands with some ghee,take small portion out of the above mixture and roll it in between your palms to make roundels or balls.
  • STEP 9.Spread descicated coconut on a plate,roll them up in the coconut mix to coat the balls.
  • STEP 10.Strawberry coconut laddus are ready to serve.
