Ingredients For Thai Coconut Curry Vegetable Noodle Soup Recipe

• 3 tablespoon Sesame oil
• 5 gram Cloves garlic finely chopped. approx 15
• 1 Onion chopped into petals/wedges
• 3 Green Onions Chopped
• 2 As required Tbsp thai green curry paste plus 1/2 tbsp if needed. adjust the curry paste
• 3 cup Water divided
• 1.25 teaspoon Salt
• 1.5 teaspoon Coconut sugar or brown sugar
• 425 gram Vegetables i used some canned bamboo shoots, canned baby corn, fresh carrots, potatoes, and zucchini
• 100 gram Udon noodles dried ones, one block
• 1 cup Coconut milk
