  • 1/4 teaspoon Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 70.83 gram Vegetables i used some canned bamboo shoots, canned baby corn, fresh carrots, potatoes, and zucchini
  • 16.67 gram Udon noodles dried ones, one block
  • 0.17 cup Coconut milk
