• 2 Carrot , cut long
• 20 Beans , cut long
• 2 Capsicum , julienned
• 2 Potato , cubed
• 0.5 Cauliflower , cut into florets
• 0.5 cup Green Peas
• 2 Tomato , chopped
• 2 Onion , chopped
• 1 bunch Coriander leaves
• 1 bunch Mint leaves
• 1 piece Cinnamon
• 2 piece Cloves
• 2 piece Cardamom
• 1 piece Bay leaf
• 10 Cashew nuts
• 1 cup Curd
• 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
• As required Salt
• Oil
• For masala paste
• Grind the below into fine paste and keep aside
