Directions : Rice And Curry Recipe

STEP 1.Cut the vegetables into bite size

STEP 2.Heat oil in a pot and brown the meat then take them out

STEP 3.In the same pot fry onions for 8 mins

STEP 4.Add potatoes and carrots

STEP 5.Add the cooked meat

STEP 6.Add water in the pot and boil

STEP 7.Skim the fat

STEP 8.Cook for 45 mins until the meat gets tender

STEP 9.Add curry sauce mix

STEP 10.Mix well

STEP 11.Add the optional seasonings

STEP 12.Pour the curry over rice and serve
