Heat oil in a pot and brown the meat then take them out
In the same pot fry onions for 8 mins
Add potatoes and carrots
Add the cooked meat
Add water in the pot and boil
Skim the fat
Cook for 45 mins until the meat gets tender
Add curry sauce mix
Add the optional seasonings
Pour the curry over rice and serve
