3 tablespoon 4 melted ghee
4 teaspoon Ajwain 1/4

For Dal
1 cup Tuar dal, dhuli moong dal, dhuli urad dal, chana dal, masoor dal 1
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1
3 2 medium sized tomatoes chopped
4 green chilles 2 3
5 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2
6 teaspoon red chilly powder 1/2
7 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4
8 Lemon juice
9 Salt
10 oil or ghee
For Tadka
1 tablespoon 2 3 ghee
2 cumin seeds
3 teaspoon heeng 1/4
4 4 5 dried whole red chilly
For Churma
1 cup 1/2 wheat flour
2 tablespoon 2 semolina
3 tablespoon Sugar or jaggery 3
4 Chopped Almonds
5 tablespoon ghee 2 4
