How to Make Arrabiata Pasta

STEP 1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

STEP 1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add chili flakes and stir briefly for a burst of flavor. Pour in canned tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt.
