Ingredients For Nyonya Chap Chye Recipe

• 500 gram Napa cabbage cut into large chunks
• 20 gram Wood ear mushrooms
• 30 gram Shiitake mushrooms
• 50 gram Dried beancurd sheets
• 3 tablespoon Cooking oil
• 100 gram Mungbean thread noodles
• 5 gram Fat choi
• 4 Cloves garlic finely minced
• 20 gram Dried shrimp
• 100 gram Boneless skinless chicken thighs you can also use chicken breast or pork belly, diced or thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon Fermented bean paste
• 2 teaspoon Dark soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce use vegetarian oyster sauce for vegan version
• 0.5 teaspoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
