Chapchurros are a kind of stuffed parathas which are very popular in the northern region. It is made from minced chicken, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato
STEP 1.In a bowl take wheat flour, salt and water.knead onto a dough.

STEP 1.Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

STEP 1.In a pan heat 2 tbsp of walnut oil and add ½ cup chopped onions and saute them until they turn translucent.

STEP 1.If your onions are cooked add chicken mince into it and cook until the color gets changed.

STEP 1.Now add ginger garlic paste,and mic for two minutes and add salt,½ tbsp cumin, crushed black pepper,½ cup chopped tomatoes, ½ a cup of water and mix everything well.

STEP 1.Cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.

STEP 1.Add 1 tbsp saffron water, 1 cup chopped onion,coriander and mint leaves.

STEP 1.Mix and cook for 1 minute.

STEP 1.Let it cool.

STEP 1.Grease your hands with some oil and make a small ball out of the dough,sprinkle some dry flour and flatten it using a rolling pin.

STEP 1.Fill some prepared mixture on top of the chapati and place another chapati on it.

STEP 1.Seal the corners with your fingers and peirce it using a toothpick.

STEP 1.Cook it on a pan by greasing it with a little oil.
