  • 1/5 onion, chopped
  • 1/5 tomato, chopped
  • 1/5 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/5 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 0.40-0.60 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • As required Salt
  • 1/10 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/5 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/5 teaspoon Lime Juice
  • 1/10 an egg, beaten
  • As required oil to shallow fry
